Covers are in use for today's finals. Players and umpires must report to grounds.
Match overs reduce from 90 if the start is delayed past 12.37pm
But do not reduce below 60.
There is no time limit, or loss of overs for interruptions once play commences.
Play can continue until sunset to try to bowl the match overs
Umpires should SMS the match secretary between 11.15-12.00 to advise if/when play is likely
Matches should not be abandoned without play until a check is made with the match secretary whether a viable backup ground is available.
